Today we are launching Trikker 2.0 in beta. It is a major technological step forward for Trikker, and probably our biggest update ever.
This version represents more than a year of work and preparation. We rebuilt Trikker from top to bottom on modern technology. Much of it is not immediately visible on your screen, because the biggest change is under the hood. But it does determine what Trikker can become in the coming years.

On the new foundation, we add new features faster and more easily.
Until now, Trikker was tied to Windows. Thanks to the new foundation, the same Trikker now runs on more platforms, and macOS is the first and clearest example. The screens are the same on every platform: if you work on your PC today and on your Mac tomorrow, you find your way around right away.
To work the same way on every platform, we also changed our approach to printing. Trikker 2.0 now creates your printout directly as a PDF. This should make no difference to you, quite the opposite: your diagrams come out right away and without errors in PDF, ready to save, share or put on paper.
A beta: what can you expect?
This version is already very close to a production version, but it is not the final release yet. So you may still run into a bug or a rough edge. The beta runs alongside your current Trikker: trying it out changes nothing about the version you use today, and your license remains valid.
